As a Sales Account Manager I had the responsibility of working towards sales targets and overall business goals. I pro-actively identified and targeted companies in the local area in order to secure new business opportunities for BT.
I maintained strong working relationships with business owners in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset by providing them with outstanding customer service and reliability whilst managing their BT accounts effectively.

I completed a course called 'Introduction to Enterprise' which is for budding entrepreneurs looking to start up a business.
